The Rainbow Programme

What is the Rainbow Programme?

The Programme utilises Growth Mindset, Mindfulness, Yoga and Yoga Therapy to support young people “in bringing their physical and emotional body into balance to restore health and wellbeing”.

The Rainbow Programme is a multi-faceted service designed to improve overall wellbeing across the school. Delivered by a trained
yoga-therapist, each programme will support children based on the ‘Key Outcomes’.

“These programmes have been developed to offer children the tools & techniques needed to self regulate and be in control of themselves. As we all know, mental health is on the increase. Our programme has been developed as a preventative measure for children’s poor mental health & wellbeing”.

We focus on:

  • stress reduction
  • building resilience
  • raising self awareness
  • processing emotions

We offer a range of Rainbow Programmes from 12-week programmes targeted at KS1, to a 6-week programme for year 6’s. We also offer after school sessions, packages to support staff well-being and 1 to 1 intervention.

“Good emotional wellbeing and mental health are at the heart of the ‘rainbow programme’ developed to enhance the culture and ethos of schools. This therapeutic programme uses Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness & Growth Mindset.”
