Hours: 25 Hours per week (Term Time Only, Plus 2 days)

We are looking to appoint a Mobile Catering Supervisor with a passion for food and ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. This is an extremely varied role and can involve working in a number of different school each week. If you are positive, creative, passionate, and professional, we want to hear from you. A good knowledge and understanding of school food and previous experience of running a school kitchen is required. You will be required to prepare and present the food to a high standard, manage staff and complete all kitchen administration.

Valid Driving Licence with business insurance and access to a car daily is essential – travel expenses will be paid

Required education:

• Secondary education

Required experience:

• Managing Staff: 1 year
• knowledge and understanding of school food and previous experience of running a school kitchen: 1 year
• Food Safety – Level 2, NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent: 1 year
• HACCP, Health and Safety, COSHH and Allergens: 1 year
• Food Safety – Level 2, NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in food preparation: 1 year
