The Rainbow Programme is a 12 week programme. It can be delivered in two ways. Either as; A prevention programme to whole classes or as a bespoke intervention programme for small groups who have SEMH.

Teaching staff can use this programme as CPD and a way of introducing mindfulness & yoga into their school. Our teachers will guide them through, offering them short weekly tasks to do independently with their classes. This will build up as the time goes on.

This Programme aims to offer children the tools & techniques of yoga therapy as a preventative measure for possible future social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The aim is;

“To enable all children to keep their rainbow colours shining brightly.”

The programme is delivered over 12 half day sessions. Each half day can include up to 3 separate groups of pupils. Please note AM sessions are 3 hours and PM sessions 2 hours.
