Edsential offer a support package for school-employed, independent clerks. This is available to all schools not purchasing Edsential clerking.
This package supports Clerks in their role and provides advice on governance matters.
See below for the four tabs on Independent Clerks area of GovernorHub. Edsential administration will use these to communicate with you and to offer news/information and resources:
| Noticeboard | Here we will publish current news and articles of interest. Also you as clerks will be able to use this to communicate with the group to ask questions or send a message to the group |
| Calendar | This will be used for adding Support Clerks Briefings and any other useful dates e.g. Governor Training/Networking Sessions |
| Documents | This is where you will be able to find useful resources and documents |
| Group | This tells you who can see the Independent Clerk’s pages on GovernorHub and who are the administrators |
Governor Support Service - Support for Schools providing their own Clerking Service subscription will start on 01/09/2024 and continue for 365 days
