This programme is designed for people who are experiencing mental health problems or behavioural issues.
Yoga therapy creates solutions for stress, depression and anxiety from within and enables young people to find their way ‘back home to themselves’. There is more and more evidence to demonstrate that mind-body skills, such as yoga and meditation, are effective for self-regulation and stress management.
These sessions are an excellent opportunity to be active in a calm, nurturing environment.
Sessions will be delivered to small groups or one to one.
