The course will cover the role and responsibilities of a Governor, will show you how to make a positive impact and learn about your school, plus tips on how to prepare for meetings and expand on your accountabilities

· What effective governance is
· The three core functions of governance
· The Governor’s Role in Monitoring, Supporting and Challenging
