This Conference is open to all NQT’s in the North West
This session will focus on developing an ethos of positive behaviour support. The most effective teachers and support staff continually reflect on their behaviour support strategies and challenge themselves to improve. A knowledge that behaviour is a form of communication is essential, and this session will involve recapping and reviewing behaviour support strategies that will help improve teaching and learning.

This workshop will cover Teacher expectations for SEND from the Code of Practice for Quality First Teaching and then some more specialist advice around supporting pupils in a mainstream class with neurodiverse “superpowers” such as Dyslexia, ASC and ADHD.
