Employment History (1990 Onwards)

2010 to date: Co-Director of Malcro Consultants

Self-employed as an Education Consultant and School Improvement Associate with all school based work handled through the company.

Public Liability Insurance in place. I currently work in a number of schools as the external adviser for Headteacher and, in some schools, Deputy Headteacher Performance Management/Appraisal processes.  In addition, on a needs led basis, I support schools with overall school improvement and development.

 

2010 to 2013: DRiiiVE

DRiiiVE was a subsidiary of MALCRO and specialised in supporting professional development.

 

2007 to 2010: Consultant Leader: Primary Wirral LA

Member of the Wirral Primary Team focusing on school improvement.

Specialisms: Leadership and Management in the Primary Sector; the Early Headship Programme; coaching training establishing an Executive Coaching group; induction procedures for newly qualified teachers in all sectors.

 

2006 to 2007: Seconded to Wirral LA as Consultant

Seconded from Headship for a year to work as part of the Wirral L A Primary team with responsibility for school improvement and assessment.

Maintained responsibility for Headteacher role.
