Throughout the programme, participants will be given every opportunity to express their training needs vis a vis the direction of the course.  This CPD is regarded as a professional stepping stone, aimed at equipping current and future leaders with a full understanding of the rewards and demands of leadership whilst empowering them to fulfil their role both personally and professionally.
