Strategies for Recruiting & Retaining Your Volunteers:
This is a face-to-face 2 hour workshop to explore and share ideas of best practice in recruitment and retention of volunteers.
The workshop covers planning for volunteers, the recruitment process and looks at how we can effectively support and retain volunteers.
There is a maximum of two places from each organisation.
Failure to attend the training without giving 2 working days’ notice, will result in a £35 admin charge per place.
Those organisations that fail to attend training will be shared with the partnership board at decision making.
