La La Lemur is a new song by composer Rebecca Lawrence. Specially commissioned by Edsential to mark the opening of the new visitor experience at Chester Zoo, this wonderful celebration of lemur life is now available for schools.
La La Lemur is specially written for Key Stage 2 children. It is a tremendous celebration of lemurs, their behaviour and habitat. The joyful chorus has three simple parts that fit together, providing an easy way into part singing. The chorus melodies can be imitated on percussion and developed to form rhythm compositions.
