Ofsted recommends that all schools connect with their Music Education Hubs to review their music education provision.

The School Music Education Partnership (SMEP) visits are an opportunity for schools to reflect on what is available for their students, identify areas of need for staff training and explore collaborative working with Music Education Hub ensembles and events.

SMEP Visits are fully funded by DFE /Arts Council England for schools in Cheshire West and Chester and the Wirral.  If you don’t have time for a face-to-face visit, we recommend the INCA app which is designed to support teachers to review their music provision.
