Visit Leader Training is aimed at those involved in the management and supervision of young people engaged in off-site activities and Visits e.g. teachers, teaching assistants, learning mentors, youth workers, Recreation and Leisure staff and Social Service staff.

The Course is run to a nationally agreed framework.

This can be offered on your site as an inset day and has provided to be a popular choice for schools or clusters of schools.  Alternatively it can be delivered as 2×2 hour and 30m twilight sessions, a mixture of  classroom based and  outdoor sessions dealing with practical risk assessment.  This course has a practical element and where numbers exceed 15 additional tutors may be required for this element of the day at additional cost.
