We are excited to offer your pupils the opportunity to participate in a live music event with the Hallé Orchestra at the Bridgewater Hall this summer. An inspiring and unforgettable experience that will stay in their memories for many years to come. Your pupils will experience the world class Hallé orchestra play carefully selected pieces chosen to inspire and motivate young musicians. Pupils will participate in the concert and forever be able to proclaim that they have performed with the Hallé Orchestra!
Date and time: 1:30pm, Thursday 13th June 2024 at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester.
Children will play two pieces and sing two songs with the Hallé orchestra.
To participate fully, pupils will require tuition from one of our tutors to learn the pieces. If your primary school is participating in Whole Class Instrumental Tuition in summer term, their tutors will be able to prepare the children for the event.

The cost of this event is £8 (+ VAT) per child and includes free staff tickets (Note: Additional staff outside of the free 1:10 ratio, will be charged for).
27th February 2024 – Tickets go live! Booking opens at 8am via this link.
Please ensure you have your website login details and access to a payment card (if your account is not set up for invoice payments).
Booking should take no more than 2 minutes. You will only need your pupil and teacher numbers and the contact details for the teacher organising the event.
We will be in touch before the end of March to confirm instrument numbers and collect important booking information from you.
All cancellations up to 16th April will not be charged for.
Cancellations up to 14th May will be charged at 50% of the total cost for each booking.
Cancellations from 15th May will be charged at the full amount booked.
Parent and Carer tickets will be available from Edsential at the end of May via a link that will be emailed to all participating schools.
